To friends, partners, and 2-Panther Families: attached are some photos of Troopers and loved ones receiving Care Packages from the States. It has been a blessing to make this happen for them. It has meant a lot to us. THANK YOU!
Not that anyone is asking me to do this, but I want to post a public thank you on my blog. Later, I will list all those who have supported us. I have been doing that privately thus far. The Battaltion Commander has also sent a note of thanks to all our supporters as well. He especially appreciates it.
Operation 2-Panther Care Packs continues. I've coordinated with churches, non-profit organizations, and individuals that have sent us care packages rounding up to around 1,000 by the time they all arrive. Tons of other cool stuff have been sent that defies it being called a Care Package. SGT Hobbs and I filled half of a trailor full of stuff.
Additionally, we have a Humanitarian Aid Project that is for Iraqis, which is something different. We are delivering school supplies and other basic necessity items to our area of operations. See my other blog entry, "Who is Your Baghdaddy?" If you would like to jump on board to any of these projects you may contact me at chaplain67@gmail.com.
More to follow . . . .
Enjoy!
